Job Role: Jr. Project Coordinator

Location: Kenilworth, New Jersey

Type/ Duration: Contract / Long term

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Request and coordinate internal and external resources
  • Coordinate service delivery dates
  • Provide service delivery updates
  • Verify and confirm completion of service delivery with customers
  • Document all status changes in database
  • Provide support to Project and Program Managers and NOC
  • Product expediting, working with subcontractors, coordination of internal teams

Qualifications:

  • 1-4 years of project coordination experience in a fast paced environment
  • Experience in IT field (converged technology platforms, products and services)
  • Experience in Telecommunications/Audio Visual/Multimedia technology service delivery
  • MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Visio)
  • Previous experience coordinating various teams/departments
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow is a big plus!
